She was flexible with us as our desires switched from finding land to making offers on multiple homes while the busy holiday season was approaching. She was always quick to help us get appointments scheduled and sharp in her tactics in submitting competitive offers. As she told us throughout the process, what is meant to be will happen and we couldn't be more satisfied with the home we purchased even if it was our third offer submitted. Switching to listing our house, although it may have had some bumps in the road, this was handled with ease and we still received multiple offers. I think the tenuous market that exists offers quite the challenge for realtors and buyers, so I think none of this was in the control of Rhonda. I hope that we don't have plans to relocate any time soon, but if I have friends/family looking in the area, I will highly recommend Rhonda for their hunt!

As a first time seller/buyer, we loved how we were walked through the process and once we started shopping for a home, we were guided on what to look for and tips on finding our forever homes. Rhonda is awesome at her job. She helped our friends buy their house about a month before we started looking, so when a house came on the market last minute, we contacted her and she got us in later that same day for a showing. Unfortunately that house didn't work out, and we ended up seeing almost 20 houses over the 6 months after before we found our home. Every time we contacted her about viewing another house, Rhonda was excited and supportive and got back to us right away - often getting us in for a showing that same day, or, at most, the following day. She always had helpful insight on the houses and never made us feel pressured to just pick a house. In the end, we ended up with the perfect house for our family and our only regret is that we won't get to hang out with Rhonda all the time anymore!

The first time we called Theresa to sell our home was around 30 yrs ago. She sold our house in 3 days.
